Woodland Park Exterior
Recently completed, Baywood Builders inc. replaced sheathing, weatherproofing and resided a home in Thornbury, using a horizontal Cape Cod product. We then added some overhangs and and outdoor lighting to complete the exterior.
Campbell Street
The Campbell Street project required a complete exterior remodel using Maibec Board and Batten. All new windows and doors were reframed and installed throughout the property. A 400 sq ft walk out plus main floor addition was added to the rear of the house. A deck with a covered porch was completed in Fall 2022.
The Dalrymple Lakehouse
The Lakehouse was an exterior build completion. Gentek board and batten siding, gable shakes, columns as well as soffit/fascia. A large 300sq ft of grey composite decking with large steps allowed for this homeowner to enjoy year round life at the lake.
The Saint Marie Street Suite- AirBNB
The Saint Marie Street project was brought back to the original framing in an old Victorian style home. The Suite was completely stripped down and modernized with custom finishings. Complete renovation including new framing, insulation, windows and doors were completed in a short few months.
